For Teachers
We are pleased to once again offer our summer workshop designed for high school teachers who want to learn about stem cell science and approaches for developing effective curriculum in this area. The week long offering will include laboratory visits, guest lectures by stem cell researchers, and will provide a comprehensive, introductory-level understanding of stem cell science and laboratory techniques, as well as ideas for translating this information into lectures and laboratory experiments appropriate for high school students.
HSCI organizes outreach efforts in order to directly connect researchers and their science with those interested in learning about stem cell science.
